This is a good question.
People with a History of Pancreatic Cancer shouldn't. A recent study from the University of Michigan Health Rogel Cancer Center, have suggested that hyaluronic acid can make pancreatic cancer cells grow.
People with very severe allergies shouldn't. If the hyaluronic acid is derived from animals, it could guve a very bad allergic reaction: redness, itching, swelling.
Pregnant women or breastfeeding shouldn't. There's not much scientific research about this so we suggest speaking with your healthcare provider.
People with very sensitive skin shouldn't. First, they should perform a patch test to see if they could have an adverse effect.

Coming Back
I used NeuEve Silk for a few months and noticed a distinct difference in how moist I was, but decided to try a competitor that uses hyaluronic acid as a test. It did not perform as well (in fact I regressed to pre-Silk stage) so I am returning to Silk.
