I used Silk for several months and it was OK, but recently I start to feel burning.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your frustration.
Let me explain. The sensitivity to treatment products may be caused by one of the following conditions:
1) Thinning of the vaginal lining due to severe atrophy (no breakage)
2) Injuries of the vaginal lining (breakages or presence of open wounds)
3) Inflammation caused by infection or tissue wounds.
To understand it you may find this article helpful:

If your sensitivity is caused by the first condition, it may take 1-4 months to recover because to reverse a severe atrophy takes time.
Since you have used Silk for severe months now, your condition may be most likely the second or third. This means that you might have experienced tissue injuries and the wounds might have caused inflammation. This condition may be painful but may recover sooner because healing a wound only takes about 1-2 weeks.
My suggestion is to stop having intimacy (if you had one before the sensitivity) for at least two weeks to allow the wounds to heal. Continue using the cream and Silk suppository. You can cut the Silk into two halves and use only 1/2 once every other day (total dosage is not reduced) to reduce the sensitivity.
We have made milder suppository and cream for sensitive women. We call them Sensitive Silk and Sensitive Cream. You can use this suppository without cutting. They have the same prices as the regular products. If you are interested, please contact us at help@neueve.com.
