Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration.
When a woman is highly atrophied, she can be highly sensitive. To start, a tiny amount, like a rice-sized amount, may be sufficient to provide relief.
A slightly larger amount of the cream (salve) may cause burning and irritation. If you are a sensitive type, you should use the cream at a tiny amount at the beginning to test it.
Burning is the most common complaint from customers who first used the cream in a larger amount than a rice size. Even if it is a small amount, it may still be overly excessive for a sensitive person. This type of burning can be easily fixed by substantially reducing the amount of cream. Using a low amount of the cream can avoid irritation and help the atrophied tissue to heal.
