NeuEve suppository is oil-based. Oil may dissolve the latex of the condom and may cause latex condoms to break. You can use non-latex condoms like polyurethane condoms.
Can you recommend some brands of non-latax condoms?
Besides latex condoms, polyisoprene condoms are not safe with oil-based suppostories either.
If you have already purchased latex or polyisoprene condoms and wish to use one after inserting an oil-based suppository, it's generally recommended to wait at least 24 hours before using the condom. This waiting period allows time for the oil to be absorbed or naturally expelled, reducing the risk of contact with the latex, which could weaken or break the condom.
However, since timing can vary depending on the type of oil and the specific suppository, if you're uncertain, it’s best to wait 48 hours before using a latex condom for optimal safety.
