If you have used 1 pack of BV Clear and your BV is not relieved, your BV may be a severe case. You may need multiple packs to find relief, unless your condition is not BV, but yeast or trich or some other infection.
One way to tell if your condition is BV or some other infection, you can test if you have two typical signs or symptoms unique to BV:
- A pungent rotten fish odor. You can smell it because it is so pungent. If you do not smell anything, you can use a cotton swab (Q-tip) to insert into the vagina and smell it. If you still do not smell anything, your condition may not be BV. If it is BV, the odor would be so bad that you may not tolerate it.
- Vaginal pH above 4.5. You can get a roll of feminine pH test paper on Amazon and take the pH yourself. If the pH is below 4.5, you do not have BV. It may be something else. https://www.amazon.com/NutraBlast-Feminine-Test-Strips-3-0/dp/B07FPQY4PB/ref=sr13?crid=2QQTTZ6YECJQ8&keywords=feminine+pH+paper&qid=1644721907&sprefix=feminine+ph+paper%2Caps%2C95&sr=8-3
