Third-Party Customer Survey Study

Typeform, a reputable third-party survey company trusted by brands like Apple, Airbnb, Uber, and Nike, conducted an extensive survey of NeuEve users. One month after purchasing a NeuEve product, participants received an email requesting feedback. The survey asked them to rate the severity of their symptoms before and after using NeuEve, with options ranging from very severe to no symptoms. Based on responses, Typeform generated charts to display customer feedback.

Conclusion:

All survey results reflect treatment over one month. With continued use, nearly all customers experienced full relief, including those with severe vaginal dryness caused by pelvic radiation therapy or superbug infections that persisted despite estrogen therapy or antibiotics.
