The tracking says my package is delivered to my mailbox, but I have not received the package. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration.

Would you please check deep inside your mailbox, your front doorway, porch, and garage?

Would you please ask your family members if anyone has received a package on your behalf?

Some post offices hire temporary workers, often a volunteer in your neighborhood, to help deliver packages to reduce their workload. The post office may scan packages when giving them to the local temporary worker.

The scan would show that the package is delivered. But it is not yet delivered to your mailbox. The local temporary worker needs to do the final delivery. It often has a few hours of delay. However, if extreme weather happens or the worker cannot complete the round on time, he may complete the delivery the next day.

Another possibility is that the package might be misplaced to your neighbor's mailbox. If so, your neighbor may bring it to you or put it into your mailbox after they realize that they received a package belongs to their neighbor.

If you do not receive the package after two more days, you can visit your local post office and show them your tracking number. They can locate your package for you.

If your local post office cannot locate your package and your neighbor does not bring a package to you, please let us know. We will send you a replacement.

We hope that you will receive your package soon.
