The next day a chunk leaked out. Is this normal?

In the second morning, I noticed that a chunk of suppository leaked out. Should I be worried about it?

Your body temperature may change over time, especially when entering menopause.

The suppository melts at the normal body temperature: 98.6F.  To date, over 100,000 women have used the NeuEve suppository, about 99% without a problem.
Some people have a low body temperature, which may be caused by a lower thyroid hormone. Please measure your body temperature in the morning and evening for 3 days. If it is below 98.6F, please see your doctor have the thyroid hormone tested.

Some women may have suffered dryness for a long time. The water-soluble ingredients, like starch, may not be dissolved due to a lack of water or moisture. This will improve after using NeuEve for some time.

Do not worry about the undissolved portion. It only takes a short time (about 15 minutes) for all the nutrients to be released from the suppository. The undissolved portion that you see is mainly starch used as a filler to hold the suppository in shape during shipping in the hot summer. It is just a  ghost shell of the suppository on the second morning. You did not waste anything. Please continue using the suppository according to the recommended intervals.

If your body temperature is lower than normal, it would be best if you could solve the low body temperature with your doctor before using the suppository again. However, if your body temperature is OK, you can cut the suppository into 2 halves lengthwise and use one half every other day. Place it deeper can also help better dissolve the suppository.

A customer has a lower than normal body temperature. She invented a method that helped her to melt the suppository.

She warmed up a bottle of water (like microwave it for 40-60 seconds). After she inserted a suppository, she held the heated water bottle between her legs for 20 minutes. The heat from the water bottle transmitted to the suppository and helped to melt it.

When you warm up the water bottle, please test it with your hands to make sure it it not too hot that burns. Just a little warmer than the body temperature will be OK.
