Thank you for reaching out. We understand your concern about changing texture of the product.
The balm cream is sensitive to temperature, especially in cooler weather conditions like winter. This can cause the balm cream to become harder and more difficult to use. However, there are a few things you can try to make it easier to use.
Firstly, we recommend placing the container in a heated room for the wintertime. This will help soften the balm cream and make it more pliable.
Secondly, it's important to note that the product is not meant to have a creamy consistency like a traditional cream. It is actually more like a balm, but slightly softer. You only need to apply a small amount, about the size of a dime, at a time.
In southern regions, some homes lack heating during the winter months. Without proper heating, room temperatures can be lower, causing balm creams to harden. If you find your balm cream has become harder in such conditions, you can try pressing your fingertip onto the balm for a few seconds. This will soften the area touched by your fingertip, making it easier to collect a small amount of the balm cream for use.
We want to assure you that your balm cream is still in good shape. The change in texture is due to the winter temperature.
